Frosted Glass in Unity 2023 -- Free Unity Shader

Frosted glass effect in Unity (as seen in DOOM 2k16). It use a Command Buffer attached to the main camera to render the scene in global render textures. A grayscale mask is then used to sample between these render textures in order to apply the desired blur. You could use this for a sci-fi, dirty or other type of glass visual.
